Tasks

• Testing of our precision turned parts using mechanical, electrical and optical testing devices and modern measuring machinery
• Recording, documentation and evaluation of the test results in the QM system
• Preparation of first sample test reports according to VDA and PPAP requirements

Requirements

• Technical vocational training (e.g. as machinist or industrial mechanic) and long-standing professional experience
• Ideally experience in quality assurance (confident handling of modern test and measuring equipment, length testing equipment and CNC coordinate measuring equipment)
• Profound knowledge of standard quality methods such as PPAP, FMEA and SPC are preferred
• Good knowledge of using MS Office
• Good written and spoken English skills would be ideal
